Center Policies
Hours & Pick-Up Policy
Our center closes promptly at 5:30 PM each day. We understand that delays sometimes happen; however, staffing and licensing require children to be picked up on time. A $1.00 per minute late fee will be charged after a 5-minute grace period to compensate staff and prevent repeated late pickups.
Health & Illness Policy
To protect all children and staff, students must be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to care. Children who experience vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms may be asked to be picked up and remain home until they are symptom-free. This helps keep our center healthy and minimizes the spread of illness.
Safety & Supervision
Children are supervised at all times while in our care. Only authorized adults listed on the child’s enrollment form will be permitted to pick up, and identification may be requested. Safety is our top priority, and we follow state childcare licensing guidelines at all times.
Behavior & Guidance
We believe in positive guidance, redirection, and teaching children appropriate ways to express themselves. Our goal is to help children learn problem-solving skills, respect for others, and responsibility in a calm, supportive environment. Physical punishment is never used or permitted.
Communication with Families
We value open and ongoing communication. Parents will be notified of important updates, behavior concerns, injuries, or illness during the day. We encourage families to share changes at home that may affect a child’s behavior so we can better support them.

Toddler & Preschool
Our toddler and preschool program offers a balance of structured learning and active play to support early development. Children practice social skills, early literacy, colors, numbers, and self-help skills in a warm, encouraging environment. Each day is designed to build confidence, curiosity, and readiness for kindergarten.
Afterschool Care
Our after-school program provides a safe, comfortable space for children to transition from the school day. Students have time for homework support, enrichment activities, and positive peer interaction. We focus on responsibility, respect, and helping children feel relaxed and supported after a busy day.
“Brain Power” Homework Hour
During Brain Power Hour, school-age students receive focused time and assistance with homework and school assignments. We encourage good study habits, organization, and independence while still being available for guidance. This helps students feel successful and prepared for the next school day.
Holiday & Break Care
We offer care during most school breaks and holidays to support working parents who need reliable childcare. Children enjoy fun activities, crafts, outdoor play, and a relaxed daily schedule. Families can feel confident knowing their child is in a safe, consistent environment when school is out.
